Start where you are, I’ll meet you there.

Life isn’t linear — it moves in curves. And sometimes, those curves bring us to places we never expected.

At The Therapy Curve, we’re here to walk beside you through those seasons of uncertainty, offering thoughtful support as you find your way forward.

Let’s Begin Here

Hi, I’m Patrice- psychotherapist, listener, and a grounded presence for the journey ahead. Every curve in my own life has taught me that change can be both unsettling and full of possibility. I created The Therapy Curve as a space where you can show up exactly as you are— no masks, no pretense— and feel fully met.

The name comes from the truth we all live: life rarely moves in a straight line. it bends, it curves, and sometimes it takes us somewhere we never expected. My work is about walking beside you through those turns, helping you find steady ground, and discovering what’s possible on the other side.

My Thoughts About The Work…

Over the past 20 years, I’ve walked alongside people in some of their most vulnerable moments, supporting them through grief, untangling relationship patterns, navigating anxiety and depression, and finding their way after major life changes. My background includes work in urgent care, primary care, crisis support, and talk therapy, giving me a wide lens on how healing can look different for everyone, and how it often unfolds in unexpected ways.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about supporting who you already are.
It’s about creating space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with your own strength. I see therapy as a steady companion, a buffer when life feels too heavy, and a guide when the path ahead feels unclear. It’s support that helps you move through life with more clarity, intention, and trust in yourself. In our work together, I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment. We’ll take time to explore what’s working, what’s not, and what might help you feel more like yourself again.

Healing asks for flexibility, it loops, it shifts, and sometimes it leads you somewhere unexpected. My role isn’t to steer you, but to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of the turns and find steady ground as you go.

Beyond the therapy room: I’m someone who finds joy in contrast: I love a good art exhibit just as much as I love the rodeo. I’m always on the hunt for great food, live music, or a reason to hit the road. For me, life is rarely either/or, it’s full of both-and moments. And I bring that same openness and curiosity into the work I do with clients.
